What to do if you’re having issues with the app?

The team is constantly making updates to our Pulsabilities App capabilities.  Prior to reaching out for app support, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Please check for any recent App updates.  

  • A device power reset may help. 

  • Also, sometimes if those steps above do not help, verifying any security settings you may have within your device settings or wifi may be preventing access through the app. Turning your wifi off can help to see if it makes a difference. 

  • Oftentimes those updates and/or steps will resolve any issues you may be having. If the update doesn't resolve your issue, then please contact us.
